Beautiful and Unique Snowflake Policy:

All of our items are beautiful and unique snowflakes. Therefore, once an item's picture is removed from our website, the item is gone, never to return again. When an order is placed, we remove the corresponding picture. If the order is cancelled, the photo will return. Did you really want the blue anthro side-laced shirt last week, only to return this week and find it gone? Too bad. Given our materials and production methods, it is impossible to replicate items, especially those with graphics. Catch our beautiful and unique snowflakes on your tongue while you can.

General Ordering of Clothing/Accessories:

Currently, we do not have e-commerce, but we do take credit cards!! Because we care.

FOR CREDIT CARD ORDERS:

+Call 917-886-5980 and give us your credit card information. we'll also ask for your name, shipping address, and shirt desired.

+Once your payment has been processed, we will ship your desired shirt to the shipping address given. Shipping and handling charges apply to orders of $50 or more, and will be billed to your credit card.

FOR ALL OTHER ORDERS:

+Email us with your name, shipping address, telephone, and desired item(s). We'll tally the price including any shipping and handling, and send you an email telling you where to send your check or money order. ONCE THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED, we will ship your order.

Custom Work:

Regular Custom Work: $60 per shirt/skirt. custom armbands and headbands are the same price as non-custom arm/headbands. This is where you tell us what style and colors you want, and we go out and find your colors, make your style, and send it to you.

Live Custom Work: you set an appointment at our showroom, and we make your corset on you. Find more info in our FAQ section. $65.

We can also make custom items for you. When ordering a custom item, specify the style of item as listed on our website, and the SPECIFIC colors you'd like. SPECIFY bodice color and lacing color. Being SPECIFIC or using objective color palettes (crayola raw umber is specific and objective, "Blue like my eyes" is not.) will get us closer to the item you have in mind. WE ONLY DO CUSTOM WORK WITH NON-GRAPHIC MATERIALS (PLAIN COLOR SHIRTS). Don't ask for otherwise, you might be too picky.

When ordering custom work, include the item catagory, and colors in addition to the info listed in General Ordering. Here, YOUR MEASUREMENTS are extremely important. If we don't know your size, we can't make your item.

I Want You To Make My T-Shirt Into Something:

If you want us to make something out of your old t-shirts, here's what you do:

+ Email us for a heads-up, and we'll tell you where to send the shirt. In this email, send any specific instructions ("Don't cut off the logo, I want this off-centered to the left" etc..) DO NOT forget your measurements and the style you want us to make.

+ Send your shirts (One shirt for the bodice, on for lacing. Or specify another color lacing for us). Once your payment of $50* is processed, we will make your shirt.

+ You should receive your re-made item in 1-2 weeks.

+ If you want us to make matching armbands or headbands, please let us know in your order, also specify the main color and the lacing color.
